Exchange Policy
We only accept exchanges in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product delivered
Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product.
Exchange Process
Once the issue is verified, we will arrange an exchange for the correct product.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Size issues
- Change of mind
- Used or washed products
Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued if an exchange cannot be processed due to stock unavailability.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
